1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date you received your order.

• Condition of Products: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Customised products (e.g., personalised candles or labels).

• Sale or discounted items (unless specified otherwise).

• Opened or used items, including partially burned candles.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

• Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where we made an error in fulfilling the order.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition, we will issue a store credit or ship the new item to you. Additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
